Founded in memory of Samuel who passed away 2009, aged 8.

The legacy of an astonishingly brave boy is that his name should stand to promote awareness of childhood cancer and visual impairment.

Samuel inspired so many children and adults, and we believe his story can continue to do so.

The Samuel Oldridge Appeal is not a registered charity in itself but an appeal for help in supporting charities who strive to improve the quality of life for children and their families as they did for Samuel.
